About Our Team What makes ONYX ROOM so successful? Our TEAM, they bring the party! We wouldn't be the longest running nightclub in downtown San Diego's Historic Gaslamp without the best team out there. To celebrate success, we just hosted our Annual Summer Games for our staff and their families at the gorgeous Embarcadero Marina Park. With perfect weather, we enjoyed the Coronado Bridge and the sun glistening on the water as our backdrop.
The excitement was generated with friendly competitions featuring a water balloon on a spoon race, 3-legged run, water balloon toss, and potato sack sprint. But the ultimate highlight was a classic relay. We rivaled the Bar Team versus the VIP Team versus the DJs which ended in an epic water balloon war. The winner for this race is still up for debate. As a company we pride ourselves with our amazing staff and their fun families. Thank you all for coming out and making this day so special!
